Exercising 4 Minutes A day Will Provide These Results in Less Than a Month

Do the Plank in This Way

You need to choose the right position. Place the elbows directly under your shoulders so as to be sure your weight is properly distributed. Make sure that your spine is straight. You need to avoid applying extra pressure on your back and neck and rounding. Your legs need to be slightly apart, and you should feel the thighs. Also, make sure that your breathing is slow and relax your body.

All you need to do is stick to the plan, and soon you will be amazed with the transformation of your body.
